Eagle Rock Realty needed a fresh site. They also wanted a way to update listings that sometimes were sold within hours of being posted. That kind of turn-around required real-time content management tools.
Once again Maximum CMS came to the rescue. We were able to customize our basic content management system shell to provide a perfect fit for the real-time updates Eagle Rock needs to make to their listings. They also perdiodically have to update member charters and other bylaws for certain residential properties they manage. Maximum CMS handled both of these needs without issue!
Finally, Eagle Rock wanted in-site search for properties. Because the listing content in Maximum CMS is database-driven, creating a search function was a snap, providing users with browse or search options to find the property listings they are looking for.
With some nice Flash and our top-notch design standards, Eagle Rock now has the site they wanted, with complete control over the listings that are so crucial to their business.
