The application consists of a workflow shell that is attached to a high performance database. This model allows us to customize all aspects of Maximum CRM to fit your business needs. The shell workflow acounts for the following basics:

Creating New Customer Accounts
Creating a New Bid Request
Identifying Marketing Source (How Did You Hear About Us?)
Scheduling Estimators for Bids
Automated Email Contacts to customers at each stage of the workflow

But that's only the start. Once a Bid has been accepted, it becomes a full "Job". This can be taken over by one or more different "managers" to schedule Job tasks. There can be pre-work or job prep assigned separately from the official job Crew. The Crew can be internal to your business with an assigned Crew Foreman, or it can be a subcontractor. In either case, subcontractors or internal crew members then get their wages tracked based on number of hours if they are hourly employees, or total labor cost in the event of subcontract assignments.

Maximum CRM can also be customized to extract materials and inventory data from external sources if you have suppliers with online inventory mangement software.

The Reporting interface is where the final magic of the system takes place.
